Locator, Amy Despres, reviewing the locate of the gas lines with the homeowner in Brooks. The gas line had originally been mislocated and marked by the the one-call locator and Amy corrected the error.

  1. It is important to place a first-call, if for no other reason, to receive records from the utility operator. Regrettably, the first-call locators sometimes do not have the required equipment or training to perform an accurate locate. Amy was able to identify the actual location of the gas line, providing the property owner a greater measure of safety.
